eDigitalResearch strengthen team with new appointments and promotions

  • Angie Coombe and David Jeans both join the insight team as senior researchers
  • Darryl Sherborne joins the strategic technical team as Project Manager
  • Craig Bright and Wangjia Sun move to product and innovation roles after working in eDigitalResearch’s insight and technical team

Voice of the Customer specialists eDigitalResearch are delighted to welcome seven new members of staff to their growing UK-based team, including Research Manager Angie Coombe and Senior Research Manager David Jeans.

Angie joins having spent over six years at dunnhumby and will work closely with some of eDigitalResearch’s retail clients to help implement leading-edge customer experience programmes  and – thanks to her previous experience as both an analyst and strategy manager – providing commercially-driven insight and business improvement plans.

Senior Research Manager David joins the finance team at eDigitalResearch and will be supporting the continued growth of eDigitalResearch’s range of finance clients. David joins from Ipsos MORI where he worked as part of the public affairs health team managing complex quantitative projects – his skills and expertise make him ideally suited to leading often complex insight programmes on a whole range of topics, including subjects of a sensitive nature.

Darryl Sherborne joins the strategic technical team as Project Manager. Having previously worked in a similar role for a variety of technology-focused organisations, Darryl will be working closely with eDigitalResearch’s product and innovation managers to ensure the company’s SaaS technology continues to be leading-edge. Bringing his wealth of technology experience and expertise to eDigitalResearch, Darryl will be key to introducing new technologies and methodologies to eDigitalResearch’s products and solutions.

eDigitalResearch have also promoted Craig Bright and Wangjia Sun to product and innovation roles having previously worked in eDigitalResearch’s insight and technical teams. Craig will lead the continued investment in eDigitalResearch’s Panels and Communities solution while Wangjia will work towards revolutionising eDigitalResearch’s already market-leading dashboard offering.

Alongside Angie, David and Darryl, eDigitalResearch also welcome Josh Martin, Junior Developer in the technical team, as well as Kathryn Littleboy, Graduate Research Executive, Kim Seddon, HR Assistant and Andrea Weaver, Administration Executive.
