Leading Voice of the Customer specialists eDigitalResearch have welcomed nine new members of staff this New Year as the company looks to strengthen both its insight and technical teams following the acquisition of several diverse customer feedback programmes towards the end of 2015.
Genevieve Groom joins eDigitalResearch as Associate Director and will be overseeing some of eDigitalResearch’s largest clients, including the launch and on-going management of consumer panels. Genevieve joins from the Office for National Statistics and brings with her a strong track record of team leadership experience and research expertise.
Alongside Genevieve, Leigh-Ann Harris joins eDigitalResearch as Research Analyst having previously worked in the industry abroad. Tyren Cooper and Debbie Gomez also join Leigh-Ann and Genevieve in eDigitalResearch’s insight team as Graduate Research Executives providing day-to-day support across a number of various clients.
David Sloan, Eric Serrano, and Shamil Nunhuck have joined eDigitalResearch as Developers in eDigitalResearch’s technical delivery team. All come with a strong record in developing innovative technical solutions and will be working closely with eDigitalResearch’s insight team to deliver leading-edge Voice of the Customer programmes to all clients.

Along with eDigitalResearch’s new recruits, the company also welcome back former Research Manager Shaun Smith into a new role as Product Manager. Shaun will be working within eDigitalResearch’s growing product and development team helping to shape the future of eDigitalResearch products and technology.

On top of eDigitalResearch’s research and technical team recruits, Julie Denham joins the support team as Accounts Assistant. Alongside eDigitalResearch’s nine new members of staff, the company continue to look for further recruits as the company goes from strength to strength.
