eDigitalResearch relocate to office space double the size

January 21, 2016

Leading Voice of the Customer specialists eDigitalResearch have taken up residence in a brand new 18,500 square foot of office space with over twice the size of the company’s previous residence.

Following several years of continued growth and expansion working with a range of blue chip clients, the entire eDigitalResearch team have moved to The HUB at Berrywood Business Village, located in Southampton.

Fully refurbished throughout, The HUB provides eDigitalResearch with a state-of-the art meeting suite facility with ten meeting areas, as well as dedicated collaboration spaces and relaxation zones for staff to share ideas and information. The Southampton base provides eDigitalResearch with excellent transport links to the UK, Europe and further afield, as well as access to a high calibre of graduates from top-class universities.

eDigitalResearch have remained their long-standing open plan office policy with all 150 staff seated on one floor. Additional space at the new premises is already providing room for the company to house the nine new members of staff welcomed at the beginning of 2016, with a recruitment drive underway to fill other vacancies fuelled by further growth.

Steve Brockway, Managing Director at eDigitalResearch comments, “We’re really excited about our new office space at The HUB. It gives us a dedicated welcome area for guests, excellent meeting facilities and some great collaboration spaces so that staff can come together regularly to discuss ideas, create new solutions and share in the fantastic success we’ve experienced recently”.

The HUB is located in Berrywood Business Village, Hedge End – the same location the business first started in back in 1999 – and this time taking up residence in the largest building on the office campus.

Chris Russell, Joint Executive Chair at eDigitalResearch, explains, “It’s fantastic to be coming home. Fellow Joint Executive Chair Michelle Fuller and I first started eDigitalResearch in 1999, operating out of the 550 square foot unit in Berrywood Business Village with a small team of just six. The fact that we’ve now outgrown other office premises in the area and have taken on The HUB is a testament to the growing importance of listening to customers and effectively managing experiences within businesses.

“We have plans to grow both our business and team further in the coming months and years and The HUB will allow us to do this seamlessly”.
