Maru/edr receive ISO accreditation

eDigitalResearch (edr), part of MARU Group, one of the UK’s leading providers of SaaS technology driven Voice of the Customer programmes announces that it has been awarded the ISO/IEC 27001:2013 accreditation for its information security management system.

ISO/IEC 27001:2013 is the internationally recognised information security standard for implementing and managing security controls that protect sensitive company and personal information. The extensive certification and audit process – led by dedicated Information Security Officer, James Clarke – has been independently assessed by (BSI) British Standards Institution.

eDigitalResearch (edr) work with some of the world’s biggest brands – from retail, hospitality and travel – helping to improve their customer experience. Data security is paramount and a critical requirement for all of these organisations. Safeguarding data is part of eDigitalResearch’s (edr) on-going commitment to delivering award winning customer engagement programmes.

As part of their ongoing commitment to delivering the highest levels of security and integrity to their clients eDigitalResearch (edr) chose to become certified according to the stringent ISO framework. Ensuring the safety of information is critical for the protection of the company and its clients. The ISO/IEC 27001:2013 certification offers assurance that information is handled and protected in a secure manner.
