Of just six special awards on offer this year, eDigitalResearch were awarded two – for their staff Wellbeing and Learning & Development programmes throughout the organisation.

The leading customer insight company scored highly for their ethos on work-life balance, exceptional working environments and high levels of satisfaction within the workplace. The annual company conference is one of the staff highlights, while regular team activities, dog walks and lake side picnics all help to provide a daily sense of well-being and team building.

eDigitalResearch also won the Learning and Development special award, adding to a large list of previous employment awards and confirming their commitment to creating a rewarding workplace. The company invested £100,000 into training last year alone enabling staff to attend regular coaching sessions and an internal academy. It’s not all about work at eDigitalResearch; staff are encouraged to take personal development leave and get involved in charity work and fundraising plus a variety of lessons and activities – including languages, sailing and scuba diving.

eDigitalResearch scooped 27th place in the overall Best Small Companies To Work For league table, cementing their place as the top market research agency, as well as improving on last year’s results.
