eDigitalResearch mark another successful year with 20% growth

IMG_3157 5MBLeading Voice of the Customer specialists eDigitalResearch have recorded yet another record-breaking, successful year with turnover now hitting £7.5million in the past twelve months, resulting in 20% year on year growth for the company.

The rise in revenue was generated from both new and existing clients, including a number of major international project wins and the global expansion of Voice of the Customer feedback programmes.

This is now the fourteenth consecutive year that eDigitalResearch have recorded growth to their business as clients and brands realise the potential that eDigitalResearch’s unique proposition has to offer; providing clients with bespoke, flexible and agile insight programmes built by passionate researchers, technical specialists and graphic designers all under one roof.

Chris Russell, Joint CEO at eDigitalResearch, comments, “This really is an exciting time for us at eDigitalResearch. Our objective has always been to provide our clients with an invaluable level of insight alongside flexible feedback solutions to help to move their business forward – whilst at the same time, sustainably growing our own business. This year, we’ve gone even further in our global ambitions and cemented eDigitalResearch as an international provider of Voice of the Customer feedback programmes. To help support their continued growth, eDigitalResearch have also employed an additional 30 new members of staff over the past twelve months in all areas and across all levels of the business.

The company recently celebrated their success at the 2014 eDigitalResearch annual conference in Porto, Portugal, developing strategic plans for the future and strengthening team relationships.
