Leading Voice of the Customer specialist eDigitalResearch has announced the launch of its new website, focusing on the clear benefits of partnering with the world’s leading digital insight provider.
eDigitalResearch’s new site comes after the business’ most successful period to date. The first three months of the current financial year are officially the company’s most profitable, following on from a phenomenal 25% year-on-year growth during the 2014/2015 financial year, leaving eDigitalResearch’s turnover just shy of the £10million mark.
The new eDigitalResearch website is designed with the future in mind and will better support the company’s growing global operations.
eDigitalResearch is the leading SaaS technology insight provider, having pioneered digital Voice of the Customer methodologies over fifteen years ago. The new site incorporates the company’s blog, where specialists from across the business, including the technical and innovation team, will share their thought leadership and new ideas.
Michelle Fuller, Chief Executive Officer at eDigitalResearch, comments, “We’re thrilled to be launching the next stage of our journey. From day one, our mission has always been to provide our clients with invaluable insight using leading-edge feedback tools. Over the years, we’ve grown to become the leading SaaS technology and insight specialist and our new website and branding reflects our core business values of combining SaaS technology, focused insight and thought leadership to empower our clients to make business decisions in the moments that matter – values we’re proud to say set us apart from the rest of the competition and have allowed us to build a prosperous organisation”.
