eDigitalResearch expand technical team and invests in SaaS product development

lee_andyVoice of the Customer specialists eDigitalResearch have today announced the expansion of their ever-growing technical team, as the company continues its investment in product development and innovation.

As part of the expansion, eDigitalResearch have promoted both Lee Boynton and Andy Cook to the strategic technical team as Analyst Software Engineers, with a core responsibility of developing theeDigitalResearch SaaS platform. They’ll join a group of leading technical experts at the company, concentrating on the expansion of the eDigitalResearch product offering – including the organisation’s HUB Text Analytics tool set to be released in 2015.

eDigitalResearch’s unique proposition of both technical excellence and research expertise has seen the company grow over the past several years as brands across the globe realise the potential that eDigitalResearchhas to offer. Created and developed entirely in-house, the eDigitalResearch SaaS platform offers clients the ability to tailor insight programmes of any shape or size to suit their needs.
