Leading Voice of Customer specialist eDigitalResearch (edr) are celebrating after being named in The Sunday Times Top 100 Best Small Companies To Work For 2016.

eDigitalResearch (edr) scooped the Best Companies special award for learning and development for a second year running and placed 58th in The Sunday Times Top 100 Best Small Companies To Work For league table – the direct result of eDigitalResearch’s (edr) dedication and commitment to its employees and marks the beginning of what will be a great year following the acquisition by MARU Group.

The Sunday Times Top 100 Best Small Companies to Work For award is the outcome of a companywide survey completed by all employees, designed to assess how staff feel about a range of issues such as motivation and training. eDigitalResearch’s (edr) was recognised for high levels of employee engagement and personal development across the organisation and continuously building on their achievement of being one of the UK’s top employers.

eDigitalResearch (edr) also strongly believe in developing professional skills. The company heavily invest in training, enabling staff to attend regular coaching sessions and an internal academy.
