Leading Voice of the Customer specialist eDigitalResearch are continuing to invest in their leading-edge SaaS driven insight technology having recently appointed Nada Gillard as Product Director.
With technology playing an increasingly vital role in consumer’s everyday lives, eDigitalResearch have introduced the Product Director role to enhance their current toolset and integrate emerging technology into their SaaS system providing clients with a unique and flexible opportunity to listen to their customers, interpret feedback and delight customers by actioning results.
Nada has worked in eDigitalResearch’s insight team since 2005 and is perfectly placed to help evolve the company’s Voice of the Customer solutions – from Customer Experience Management to Panels and Communities. Having worked with eDigitalResearch clients from a range of sectors – from retail to utilities – Nada has a comprehensive understanding of varying business needs and will be able to advise where and how eDigitalResearch products and solutions should be developed.
Nada will lead eDigitalResearch’s team of ten product operations experts and product marketing specialists – each dedicated to innovating key parts of the eDigitalResearch platform – including further developments to our leading customised dashboard solution.

Nada’s appointment comes just weeks after eDigitalResearch announced the promotion of Andy Cook and Lee Boynton to the strategic technical team to help develop the eDigitalResearch SaaS platform, as well as a number of key appointments to the insight team, including Research Director Liz Boffey.
