Digital Insight Network celebrates first annual conference

October 6, 2015

dinDigital Insight Network partners from across the globe – including founding members eDigitalResearch – came together in Dublin recently for the association’s first annual conference following a successful six months.

Launched in April 2015, the Digital Insight Network has recently welcomed an additional six new members alongside the founding six agencies.

Partners from Australia, France, United Kingdom, Poland, Russia, Italy and Austria joined together to help develop the network. Discussions took place to ensure the Digital Insight Network is now, more than ever, able to provide brands and businesses with a responsive alternative to large, multinational research corporations.

The network provides members a profiled list of approved partners from around the world to offer help and advice on global insight projects, as well as a platform to bid effectively for major international assignments. Their mission is to connect like-minded, progressive research agencies from across the globe to share best practice and innovations, as well as assist each other in global research projects.

Derek Eccleston, Chief Commercial Officer at eDigitalResearch and Digital Insight Network founding member, comments, “We’re delighted to join the Digital Insight Network at the first ever annual conference. It’s great to see how other members operate across the globe and how this allows us to share our latest innovations and local insights with each other. The success we’ve experienced since launching really demonstrates the need and desire for a global association like ours”

“At least a quarter of our business now comes from international projects and working with other Digital Insight Network members means we’ll be able to grow our global footprint and provide our clients – current and future – with forward-thinking, digital feedback programmes including localised, specialised insight for those stakeholders and staff on the front line of your customer’s experiences”.
