Maru/edr – the Voice of the Customer specialists – have today announced the Maru/edr launch of a North American business, following continued investment from international insights firm MARU Group.
Maru/edr North America will be led by renowned Customer Experience specialist Ted Chen. Ted holds over a decade’s worth of experience leading customer experience and research operations teams and is currently serving as a senior member of the US Customer Experience Research Solution team. Ted will be instrumental in building a North American based Voice of the Customer business rooted in superior technology and driven by market intelligence insight.
