Maru/edr, the leading Voice of the Customer provider, has welcomed thirteen new members of staff to the team – with additional opportunities still available – as the company looks to expand services and support growth.
The new members of staff fill roles within both the research and technical teams – including Senior Research Manager Jessica Abbott. Jessica joins from Domino’s where she worked as International Insight Specialist for a number of years and will partner some of Maru/edr’s travel and hospitality clients to provide them with advisory insight and sector expertise.
Jessica is joined in the research team by four new members of the Maru/edr graduate scheme. Priya Tanna, Themis Sakkas, Rhea Shears and April Lampard all join as Graduate Research Executives and will provide valued operational and insight support to Maru/edr senior research colleagues as they develop their skillset and kick-start their research careers.
Alongside Maru/edr’s new research recruits, the company has also hired Software Development Manager Robert Pointer who comes with extensive development experience and knowledge of agile working techniques. As Maru/edr continue to build and invest in their Voice of the Customer platform, the technical team have also welcomed Junior Developers Russel Kingfield and Mara Blaga for additional support.

Alongside the eight insight and technical hires, Maru/edr have also welcomed five new members of staff to the Sales and Marketing team as demand for Maru/edr services grows.
Maru/edr also currently have a number of other vacancies throughout the business – including web designers, research analysts and software development managers – as the company continues to scale its operations.
