eDigitalResearch welcome five new members of staff

CWP_0010Voice of the Customer specialists eDigitalResearch have welcomed a number of new faces to their growing technical and insight teams as the company continues to expand its operation and development.

Liz Boffey joins eDigitalResearch as Research Director and will work within the panels and communities team. Having previously worked client-side for fifteen years at Birdseye, Pepsico and Walt Disney, Liz brings with her a wealth of invaluable insight experience and will be ideally placed to advise clients and strengthen eDigitalResearch’s focused insight offering. Liz will also join eDigitalResearch’s senior management team, working to deliver continued growth to the business and develop eDigitalResearch’s people and solutions.

In addition to Liz, eDigitalResearch have also strengthened their technical support, welcoming on board Radoslaw Kurowski and Agnieszka Tambor-Florek to the Technical Operations team, working to provide bespoke SaaS insight solutions to eDigitalResearch clients. Elsewhere, both Sian O’Neill and Steve Loton join the Sales and Marketing team as Marketing Executive and Designer respectively.

Alongside the new additions to the company, eDigitalResearch also recently announced a number of promotions throughout the sixty-seven strong insight team. Sarah Leaners, who joined eDigitalResearch in 2011, is promoted to Associate Director for Finance, leading a team of seven in providing focused, actionable insight to eDigitalResearch’s finance clients.

In conjunction with Sarah, both Lisa Williams and Kat Watters are promoted to Senior Research Managers, while Jenny Hilton is promoted to Research Manager. All will be responsible for managing feedback programmes for a number of eDigitalResearch clients -helping them to effectively listen to customers, intelligently interpreting what’s being said and actioning results to delight their customers.
