Amelia Burnett will continue to work closely with some of eDigitalResearch’s leading retail clients on a variety of insight projects – from Voice of the Customer programmes to insight panels and communities. Amelia joined eDigitalResearch over three years ago having previously worked both client and agency-side, becoming instrumental in growing a number of key accounts, as well as developing eDigitalResearch’s insight training programme and supporting the company’s Market Research Society (MRS) accredited training centre.

Alongside both Amelia and Tobin, Lisa Williams is also promoted to Associate Director for eDigitalResearch’s commercial and finance clients. Having joined back in 2012, Lisa manages a wide range of eDigitalResearch clients running various insight projects. Lisa has been key in consistently providing clients with commercially driven insight to help improve, develop and grow businesses. Within her new role, Lisa will lead eDigitalResearch’s insight practices, introducing new initiatives and ways of working.

Having worked at eDigitalResearch since 2013, Tobin will continue to lead a number of customer experience programmes for a range of eDigitalResearch clients, including key account British Airways. With almost eight years of agency-side research know-how, Tobin brings his unique commercial insight expertise to eDigitalResearch customer feedback programmes to deliver regular action-orientated results and has been instrumental in driving eDigitalResearch’s stakeholder engagement offering.
