Heather has a wide and deep experience base having held senior financial positions at services company Alpha Airports Group, recruitment company Harris Hill and advertising services business Cheil.

Alongside Heather’s appointment come the promotions of both Kat Hughes and Naomi Crisp to Associate Director at eDigitalResearch (edr). Both have worked for a number of years at eDigitalResearch (edr), specialising in key areas – such as advanced analysis techniques and Voice of the Employee research. Naomi and Kat will join the wider leadership team at eDigitalResearch (edr) with key responsibilities for the management and growth of accounts.
