Voice of the Customer specialist eDigitalResearch is marking the most successful year to date, thanks to a record 25% year on year growth.
The rise in revenue takes eDigitalResearch’s turnover to just shy of £10million for the 2014/2015 financial year. The company’s growth has been generated from both new and existing clients, including a number of major global project expansions.
This is the fifteenth consecutive year that eDigitalResearch have recorded growth to their business as clients and brands realise the potential that eDigitalResearch’s unique proposition has to offer; empowering clients to make business decisions in the moments that matter driven by SaaS technology, focused insight and thought leadership.
Chris Russell, Chairman at eDigitalResearch, comments, “This is a really exciting time for us at eDigitalResearch. Our aim from day one has been to provide our clients with actionable insight using leading-edge digital methodologies. The fact that we’re now in our fifteenth year and still doing this, but on a global level, is a fantastic achievement. We pioneered digital Voice of the Customer programmes way back when and will continue develop our SaaS technology as we build upon our latest success – we’re already investing in new technology”.
In line with eDigitalResearch’s latest success, the company have also launched an updated vision and branding, including a new website to be released shortly.
To help support their continued growth, eDigitalResearch have also employed an additional 22 members of staff over the past twelve months in all areas and across all levels of the business.

To celebrate last year’s success, as well as plan for the future, the entire company jetted off to Abu Dhabi for the 2015 annual conference for a weekend of strategic planning and team building.
