Leading Voice of the Customer specialists eDigitalResearch have today announced the appointment of Liz Ratcliffe who joins the Product Marketing team as Product Manager.
Liz joins eDigitalResearch with over 20 years of marketing and product development experience. Liz started her career at Elsevier Science before later moving to Ordnance Survey where she worked within the market insight and product innovation team for five years.

Having been established in 1999, the business has grown to combine both SaaS driven technology and focused insight to develop some of the world’s leading-edge feedback tools used by a number of multinational brands – such as British Airways, Expedia and SSP.

Liz’s first role at the company will be to provide key support and assistance to the current development ofeDigitalResearch’s Text Analytics tool, due to be released in 2015.
