Client research manager

Our Client Research Manager’s play a pivotal role in our client services team.

As Client Research Manager, you’d be expected to manage and execute projects through the entire project lifecycle. You’d be responsible for creating superior outputs by bringing data to life through vibrant storytelling, going beyond the results to find compelling and relevant insights that will drive commercial decision making for your key client contacts.

You’d be expected to manage a small team and act as a mentor for those starting out on their research career.

We’re looking for a self-motivated individual who has the ability to multi-task and think creatively. Ideally, you’d have a strong background in various research methods and experience of different techniques, including questionnaire design, analysis and report writing. Our ideal candidate would hold 5+ years of experience in a similar research role.

Operations exec

As Operations Exec, you’d have the opportunity to specialise and expand your skills from the very beginning of your research career.

You’d be a key part in delivering world-class research programs to clients, working closely with wider teams throughout the business to manage fieldwork, sampling and project expansions. You’d provide hands-on support during initial implementation processes, as well as monitor projects for efficiencies and effectiveness on-going.

We’re looking for individuals who are starting off in their research career with up to 3 years’ commercial experience. The ideal candidate would hold an exceptional eye-for-detail and have a solid understanding of research techniques, including qualitative and quantitative methodologies.

Front End Engineer

A software engineer understands the full life cycle of the software development. Your role is to develop new system features which seamlessly integrate with Maru/edr code base from the specification provided by the product owner, feedback of the users or his own experience from the system.

It’s a hands-on role, with minimal supervision from the senior staff.

The ideal candidate will have proficient experience in web development and worked on large scale web applications. You will also have a deep interest in your work and community and enjoy being given challenges. You and your team will be given the opportunities to innovate and encouraged to participate in rapid prototyping, hackathons and a culture that accepts that some mistakes and failures are a natural result of moving fast, being agile and on the bleeding edge.

Test Engineer

We’re looking for an interesting, charismatic, and driven Test Engineer to help influence a newly formed test team; building up automation and test practices.

As part of the team, you will work with both the commercial and technical sides of our business to help paint better pictures faster for our clients as we strive to create and deploy the most highly regarded customer feedback software platform in the world.

 As a Test Engineer, you will be working closely with both business and technical teams to introduce preventative measures to try and stop defects before they are introduced, as well as having strong exploratory skills which you’ll utilise expertly to catch issues as the software is developed. This will include helping to build a culture that accepts that some mistakes and failures are a natural result of being Agile.

The ideal candidate will be an ambitious professional, who is able to teach us a thing or two. You will also have a deep interest in your work and community and would like to help contribute something back. You will be encouraged and given the opportunity to innovate, experiment with new tools and techniques, participate in hackathons and drive us onto the bleeding edge of the test profession.

DevOps Manager

We’re looking for an experienced and charismatic DevOps Professional to lead our DevOps and QA team.

As leader of the team, you will help bridge technical operations and engineers as we strive to create and deploy the most highly regarded customer feedback software platform in the world.

As DevOps Manager you will be leading a team of 6 DevOps and QA engineers (of varying seniority) working together with the latest tools to help deploy, monitor and test our world-class market research SaaS platform with the aim of delivering innovative solutions to our long list of global clients more efficiently, more frequently whilst still maintaining quality.

The ideal candidate will have recent experience of leading and line managing a team of engineers and have had a hands-on role in your recent past where you have worked in a DevOps capacity on large scale web applications.

You will also have a deep interest in your work and community and enjoy being given challenges.

You and your team will be given the opportunities to innovate and encouraged to participate in rapid prototyping, hackathons and a culture that accepts that some mistakes and failures are a natural result of moving fast, being agile and on the bleeding edge.
