Lead software engineer
Our lead software engineers are a central part in delivering new products and system features to our global client base.
You’d work closely to mentor a small team of fellow engineers by demonstrating industry-standard project management techniques throughout the development of advanced web applications and complex back-end scripts. You’d be responsible for delivering large-scale technical projects, taking proactive ownership to ensure work is completed on time and to budget.
Ideally, you’d have 5-10 years’ commercial experience, including some experience with industry-standard project management techniques. You’d understand the software development lifecycle and have excellent technical writing skills in a modern, confident style with a keen eye for detail.
Client research manager
Our client research manager’s play a pivotal role in our client services team.
As Client Research Manager, you’d be expected to manage and execute projects through the entire project lifecycle. You’d be responsibility for creating superior outputs by bringing data to life through vibrant storytelling, going beyond the results to find compelling and relevant insights that will drive commercial decision making for your key client contacts.
You’d be expected to manage a small team and act as a mentor for those starting out on their research career.
We’re looking for a self-motivated individual who has the ability to multi-task and think creatively. Ideally, you’d have a strong background in various research methods and experience of different techniques, including questionnaire design, analysis and report writing. Our ideal candidate would hold 5+ years of experience in a similar research role.
Senior research exec
As senior research executive, you’d be expected to provide key support in the delivery of world-class research programs, taking responsibility for the execution of key tasks throughout an entire project lifecycle.
You’d support client account management and relationship building by focusing on delivering superior outputs that will drive key commercial decision making for your key contacts.
We’re looking for someone with 3-5 years’ commercial experience who is self-motivated with a strong can-do attitude. The ideal candidate would have a passion and curiosity for insight and data with a proven track record in analysis and report writing.
At Maru/edr, our programs require expertise, agile process and governance in order to deliver a best-in-class solution to our clients.
We therefore need operations analysts who can take responsibility for co-ordinating and managing projects through their entire lifecycle, including assisting our client services team to deliver superior outputs.
We’re looking for individuals to take responsibility for driving improvements and efficiencies for any client program. You’d enjoy working with new tools and platforms and have a strong understanding of survey design and sampling. Ideally, you’d be analytically-minded and have 2-4 years of experience working in a similar research environment, either with another agency or client-side.
Creative Video Designer
We are looking for a Creative Video Designer who has a passion for creating video outputs for a number of in house projects for insight (results from market research) delivery, as well as other company video production that may occur such as marketing videos and vlogs.
We are looking for somebody who will bring their experience of working in a commercial environment, and video design creativity to this role, will hit the ground running with creative ideas, has an excellent eye for detail, has the confidence to work with top brands and most of all somebody who is enthusiastic and has a good work ethic.

This a key role for our business supporting our client services team.
You’d be involved in helping to manage and execute projects, working closely with other members of a tight-knit team to deliver exceptional outputs for clients and to get the job done. You’d play a key role in supporting departmental goals, adding value to everyday-tasks and developing a strong partnership with client contacts.
We’re looking for self-motivated individuals who have a curiosity around data and methodologies and who are always looking for new ideas or to try something new. You’d be perfect if you hold an eye-for-detail others are jealous of and have a strong urge to improve with 1-3 years of commercial data experience.
As operations exec, you’d have the opportunity to specialise and expand your skills from the very beginning of your research career.
You’d be a key part in delivering world-class research programs to clients, working closely with wider teams throughout the business to manage fieldwork, sampling and project expansions. You’d provide hands-on support during initial implementation processes, as well as monitor projects for efficiencies and effectiveness on-going.
We’re looking for individuals who are starting off in their research career with up to 3 years’ commercial experience. The ideal candidate would hold an exceptional eye-for-detail and have a solid understanding of research techniques, including qualitative and quantitative methodologies.
