This is a key role which will support the business and Research Operations vision of painting better pictures smarter and faster and drive profitable business growth. Missions and objectives are centred around bringing specialism to projects and programmes and transform business/client operations with new ways of working.

Administrative Support for Operations

As the business scales, projects grow in number and we strive to be the best customer feedback company through our mission of ‘Helping Paint Better Pictures Faster’.  We need to evolve to new ways of working and delivering our programmes requiring expertise, processes and defined workflows to enable fast, efficient and best in class delivery.

This is a key support role, carrying out a range of regular and ad hoc administrative tasks to support the busy Research Operations Optimise team (currently 25 people).  The team perform all the operational functions necessary to set up, run and deliver our projects successfully. The postholder will report to one of the four Operations Managers.

Client research manager

Our Client Research Manager’s play a pivotal role in our client services team.

As Client Research Manager, you’d be expected to manage and execute projects through the entire project lifecycle. You’d be responsible for creating superior outputs by bringing data to life through vibrant storytelling, going beyond the results to find compelling and relevant insights that will drive commercial decision making for your key client contacts.

You’d be expected to manage a small team and act as a mentor for those starting out on their research career.

We’re looking for a self-motivated individual who has the ability to multi-task and think creatively. Ideally, you’d have a strong background in various research methods and experience of different techniques, including questionnaire design, analysis and report writing. Our ideal candidate would hold 5+ years of experience in a similar research role.

This role will support the business and Client Services vision of painting better pictures and driving profitable business growth. Missions and objectives are centered around adding value to clients through superior storytelling, building strategic partnerships with existing clients and driving Maru/edr’s reputation externally and driving client growth through definition of vision and unlocking organic revenue opportunities
